Right from its inception, CyberTech values quality as the tool that will help the organization to meet and surpass customer expectations. CyberTech is ISO 9001: 2000 certified since 2000. In line with its focus, the Quality department is headed by a very senior Quality director. Quality is ensured through regular internal audits for all projects. CyberTech presently enjoys a customer satisfaction rating of 4.44/ 5; which is consistently improving with time. CyberTech has built, implemented and time tested its processes leading to predictable delivery and service levels.

CyberTech's Quality management system helps in achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction at all stages of the project life cycle.

Extensive quality documentation covers all stages of engagements, and updated processes are accessible to all employees through a comprehensive Employee's portal.

Soft copies of QMS documentation are controlled using a configuration management tool like Visual Source Safe that is placed in a central location. One controlled (read-only access) softcopy of the QMS is published in a central server (computer system) hosted at CSSL's premises in Thane, India. This softcopy serves as a ready reference for all CSSL employees.
